I don't claim to have S.A.D. - I know enough people with serious depression to treat my own blues with a rather brusque attitude.
However, today feels like SPRING. There is a gentle wind blowing, the sun is shining and birds are hopping all over the place with twigs and dried grass in their beaks, obviously having a home makeover before getting all twitterpated :-)
I've mowed our bottom lawn so that I can get to the laundry line, and have a lot of white laundry blowing in the spring sunshine:-)
Tattercoats is on my CD player (sadly not literally - that would be lovely if it were true, though!) and all is well with the world.
I feel so much *better* than I have for the past couple of grey and rainy months!
I may not have SAD, but good grief, I feel much better when the sun shines :-)
