Back from a lovely visit with Lissa, and just sitting down with a cup of tea to catch up on LJ.

So, what was the "experience", my subject line hints at? Well, in the vein of "I do things so that you don't have to", I highly recommend NOT putting the mug with bubble-blowing mixture next to your tea mug and absent-mindedly taking a swig of one at random.

Because really, soap bubbles not tasting THAT great right now.

Blech.

eeewwwww! Yeah, I'm happy to leave that one to you. Were they trying complicated bubble experiments or just satisfying the urge to blow lots of normal ones that got a bit squashed yesterday?

I had a lovely time over the visit, child fractiousness notwithstanding. Same time next year? Thanks for coming and bringing the clothes and all the chat and the tea :-)

Also, does that last line mean that there is some time of the year that soap bubble taste great? Is it just not the right time of year for the good tasting soap bubbles? Next year I advocate canning some of the good tasting soap bubbles so that year round you don't gag when you make this mistake.
