Free Book

If you're into Personal Finance books (which I am - big time) you may be familiar with the name 'Suze Orman'. I'm a fan of her writing style and good advice, and have read several of her books (all hail the local library!). I was pretty happy to read that she's giving away copies of her latest book today as a .PDF download.

Cottage Taxes Complete

Right. One set of taxes complete. Just the music business one to go for me. Tim is about 3/4's of the way through his personal taxes, which is pretty good going, really. I think I am now owed a sit down with a cup of tea and a copy of "Home Farmer".

So there, Mr Taxman! I may even have some homemade chicken and sweetcorn soup! Hahahahaha! I wonder whether I should light a log fire using locally gathered and free logs, too? That would really be stuffing it to "The Man" ;-)

Or maybe I should have some chamomile tea and attempt to calm down a bit...
