Finally found one that works...

After a number of attempts, I finally found a bread recipe which works in the new breadmaker. This makes me very happy. Experience tells me that all machines are slightly different, as are the kinds of ingredients that one habitually uses. After several different attempts (one of which looked, felt and tasted as if H.R. Giger had carved it from marble) I finally have a really good bread loaf. And what's more: I remembered to write down what I did! Yay!

Next challenge: not to eat all of it before Tim gets home. And then not to eat it after he goes out to his gig tonight :-(
