See, the "sit down with a cup of tea" is deadly to me. If I sit down, I find it almost impossible to get back up. It's a bit like that old myth about the shark swimming forwards all the time because they'd sink to the bottom if they stopped?

I really do sink. Only it's called "a nice cup of tea and a sit down. And a biscuit. Or 6. And turn on the telly. Ooooh, look at the rubbish that is on. Why do people watch this? Oh, hang on, I'm watching it. Just five minutes more..." etc.

Maybe I'm Dory from "Finding Nemo" - "Just keep swimming... just keep swimming..." ;-)
